I'm and 79 year old woman and had a plumbing question. You see, I have a warranty company for most major repairs and appliances. After 3 house calls from AZ Plumbing, they finally acknowledged my valve needed replaced. So AZ came and put in a new valve for my Moehn shower fixture. Not only did he break my plastic tear drop cover but HE PUT THE VALVE IN UPSIDE DOWN. This is where Bobby's comes in. In May 2025, Bobby's Plumbing came to our residence to deal with a clogged kitchen line. As you can see from the attached paid invoice, they went on the roof and cabled the vent stack 4 times. In the timeframe after they left, as you can from my pictures taken by a roofing inspector who did a forensic examination, that there is rusting on the roof all around the vent stack.
