Jason was prompt, knowledgeable & efficient. He cleaned up the debris & answered all of our questions courteously.
I had a toilet that would not flush, and a shower valve that needed adjustment. Justin and helper fixed both in a very reasonable amount of time.
It was Mother's day and both toilets were backed up and also the shower was also backed up and flooded the master bath. I called Bobby's Plumbing in a panic! The answering service put me in touch with Mike, the technician. He told me "no worries" and was at my house within the hour. I apologized for taking him away from family on Mother's Day. He was able to locate the problem and he fixed it. We able to resurrect our Mother's day plans! Thank you, Mike.
