I needed a center console for my truck and after calling several salvage yards I called Raceway Auto and Truck Parts. I'm glad I did. Talked to Mark Holland about the parts I needed and he was very helpful and professional. Chris pulled my parts in 98 degree weather and made several trips to the yard to make sure I got everything I needed. Talk about customer service, they wrote the book. Thanks guys!!!
Billy & Justin Hatley went and bought a transfer case paid cash $805.00 5 min,later received a call from Salyers in Camden for $100.00 so they ask for a refund oh boy they charged them a 30% restock fee of $240.00 got back $640.00 out of $805.00 Tenn needs the Senator to stop these people from just plain steeling money from hard working people, Do not Recommend these people to anyone,Also there was people from Camden Tn that repair trucks and cars and sent there customers there for business, NO MORE !!!! great people to deal they didn't have any problems pulling my parts thank god great people to deal with A+
Called twice to make sure they had my part before driving almost 2 hours , after reassuring me the part was in their possession I drove there just to wait 30 minutes and be told they couldn't get the part pulled till that following Monday , this was at lunch time on a Thursday ! Will never let them grace my presence again or waste my time and hard earned money giving me the runaround just to be talked to like a fool!
These people are awful to deal with. Bunch rude sales people who act like they dont have time for you
this place is the worst to buy from, they told us to change the yoke on the rear end, cause it did not match up. then that supposedly ruined the rear end. they would not warranty it. i would never buy from this place again.
The workers there were not very helpful. But I did get the part I needed at a reasonable price. Would go there again. But only after exhausting every other option.
Very bad experience. We ordered a motor and could never get them to pick up the core for a refund. I would never do business again.
