I placed 5 dinner orders tonight. I was told that they were out of ribs and burnt ends. I placed my order at 6:44 pm, paid for it with my card, and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived there at 0704, and called to them I was there as I was doing curbside pickup. I was then told that they had no fries to fill any of my dinner orders. We apologize for being sold out of items yesterday. We had a very busy day and unfortunately ran out on some of the more popular items. During these times our days are so up and down it is hard to predict when we will have a day like yesterday. We tried reaching out to explain that the charge will be pending until 2am when our batch gets settled for the day. Bobby D's has diverse menu options. My lunch favorites include pulled pork, burnt ends and their Thursday special, smoked cheeseburger. which is so tender It melts in your mouth. My steak of choice is filet mignon, which is always cooked to perfection. They also have the best cheesy potatoes!
I ordered a prime rib dinner. I received no salad, no sour cream for my potato and no horseradish for my prime rib. Wow.
Just found out that the only way to get food from Bobby D’s now is you have to reserve a time spot! I can no longer call in an order for carry out unless I have a reserved time slot!
Wonderful food...the meatloaf is my favorite!
