Service was great .... However my appt for an oil change and tire rotation was at 10:30am and it did not get done until 3:15. It should not take 4 and 1/2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation when there were no other issues found on my vehicle.
My appointment was at 9:30am. I arrived ontime and was told it would take an hour to complete the recall. Returned at 1:30pm to pickup the vehicle and was told it wasn't ready. The gentleman at the desk said he told the repair tech no hurry he had until 1 or 1:30. I'm not sure why you request we make appointments obviously you are not considerate of others time.
The service was fast and the team we dealt with was very professional. Amazing job!
