Avoid. Avoid. Avoid at all cost. This dealer is a bait and switch machine. Drove several hours to check out a used car that they had posted saying “Coming Soon” and made an appointment. 30 min before my scheduled arrival received a call from Leo saying that the vehicle was still being detailed. Arrived at the dealership and had use walk to the very back of their lot called the boneyard, when we approached the vehicle we noticed that the pictures posted online were strategic to avoid the issues with this car. I first called a Ford dealer near my home! The salesperson was rude & condescending! The deal he presented was not satisfactory nor would I wanna deal with the salesperson! I called Sunrise Ford in Fontana and spoke with Chad & only Chad! It was obvious Chad had manners & respect! He helped me and presented multiple options and we made a deal right over the phone within an hour! I was only@dealership for an hour to sign paperwork! Great experience!
I wouldn't give sunrise Ford no star I was just there buying a truck and my sales person and another sales person were saling the same truck and just when we were going into finance they come back and said the truck is sold the manager was soooo rude and didn't care that I was there for 3 hours
I searched the website and spoke with a salesman before going to the dealership. Once I arrived I was greeted by the staff and put in contact with the same salesman. We test drove the vehicle we had selected and closed the deal. The entire process was quick and painless. The popcorn was fresh and drinks were available upon request. We will continue to use Sunrise Ford, their website and staff for our future vehicles. Thank you for your service
