Horrible service
Terrible service! The man named Michael was extremely rude and not polite what so ever.
I needed a new hot water heater...Bobby Van plumbing was highly recommended so I gave them a call. The office answered and took my info..as soon as i hung up(30 seconds later)Mark called me to ask what was wrong. They were at my house and hour later!(unheard of with most plummers!) Mark(one of the owners)and Michael did the job..and boy were they fantastic! They explained everything to me..very professional and really nice to work with. A winning combination in my book! Bobby picked up the phone personally and was able to help me out with an emergency situation in a few hours of my morning call to him. His team did a great job and were so professional!! I am very appreciative!! I highly recommend them!!
