Wow! So many things to be happy about. First, Bobby appeared on time for the free estimate and lined me up with a great deal right then and there (in other words, no waiting for the estimate.)And-- important detail!-- Bobby was the ONLY tree guy who told me that my oak tree couldn't be trimmed until November/post frost, as oak trees are vulnerable to deadly bug infestations, hence the need for a post-frost trim.
