Called on the weekend for emergency service. It's 90 degrees outside and I have a 9 month old son. Tech comes out, stays 15 minutes and claims the fans overheated and the capacitors bad. Wait two hours and that isn't all that was wrong. Now the tech is refusing to come to the house and claims a blower motor will have to be ordered for a 4 year old Trane. You mean to tell me they don't stock the trucks with universal motors for emergencies? So now my son, who is also sick, will have to endure further until an actual hvac serv... read more
Athens neighbors - we are very lucky to have this company in our community. We had to call for emergency service for multiple leaks, Bobby Terry Company was at our home quickly and fixed our problems professionally and for a reasonable cost. Especially since this was emergency service after hours! I don't write reviews often, mostly only when I am angry with a company, but this company deserves to be recognized for the quality service, and reasonable prices. I cannot recommend Bobby Terry Company enough!!
Supposed to have 24 hour emergency service...no! Voicemail afterhours. :'(
Don't bother to call them if you have a manufactured home, they won't do business with you if they know that up front, no matter how much you are willing to pay or how desperate your situation is. I was told "We don't work on those anymore, it takes more time and money than people are willing to pay."
Family owned & operated We have used them in 2 different houses to install central units. They did it in a timely professional maner. And will give you a good rate. And work with you on payments. And stand behind any work they do.
