Helped me a lot with a cough I had for a year.
Dr Simpson is one of the sympathetic and intelligent doctors I have ever seen. His staff was amazing and very caring.
Dr. Simpson's bedside manner is horrible. When he entered the exam room, he did not introduce himself nor offer a handshake (could forgive the latter due to flu season). He just came in and confirmed who I was and started asking questions. I certainly do not expect to be entertained while at the doctor's office, but a kind smile goes a long way.
I absolutely love Dr Messe! I have switched insurance companies several times just to be able to continue seeing him. He is an outstanding doctor, that genuinely cares and listens to his patients. He gets things done in a more then timely manner, and is a wealth of information as well !
Dr Simpson is very rude and unfiltered. His attempt at informing patients of their healthcare status is unprofessional and distasteful when speaking to patients about their current and possible future pulmonary status. I would highly discourage future patients from seeing this low caliber physician.
Dr. Simpson is very rude and insensitive to his patient's feelings. He needs to work on being empathetic and more professional in discussing his patient's medical concerns and meeting their needs. He chose to go into a practice of serving others, so he has a lot to improve on before I would recommend him to anyone. He gives the hospital a bad reputation!
Spent 5 minutes with me, charged me for a full physical. Incompetent and unable to help with any health concerns.
First, let me say that Dr. Simpson was GREAT! However, I was not impressed with his staff at all which is why I gave 3 stars. I even didn't go back to him because of the incompetent staff. One lady kept trying to instructions on some procedure Dr. S was recommending and all she kept saying was that she didn't know much about it. I also don't like how long it takes to get in to see the doctor. I was scheduled for test within one week but didn't get scheduled to see the doctor for 6 weeks.
good guy, he talked to me and answered all my questions. Told me he did not think I needed a scope, although primary doc said I might and I was prepared for the worst. He made me feel a lot better.
