Dr. Simpson is very rude and insensitive to his patient's feelings. He needs to work on being empathetic and more professional in discussing his patient's medical concerns and meeting their needs. He chose to go into a practice of serving others, so he has a lot to improve on before I would recommend him to anyone. He gives the hospital a bad reputation!
First, let me say that Dr. Simpson was GREAT! However, I was not impressed with his staff at all which is why I gave 3 stars. I even didn't go back to him because of the incompetent staff. One lady kept trying to instructions on some procedure Dr. S was recommending and all she kept saying was that she didn't know much about it. I also don't like how long it takes to get in to see the doctor. I was scheduled for test within one week but didn't get scheduled to see the doctor for 6 weeks.
good guy, he talked to me and answered all my questions. Told me he did not think I needed a scope, although primary doc said I might and I was prepared for the worst. He made me feel a lot better.
