Bobby roan is a scam artist he will lie to your face he was to buy my house for a certain price as discussed but when it came to closeing it was 10,000 less when I tried to get out of contract I was told he would take me to court and Sue. All and all out of the 20,000 owas suppose to get o walked away. With only 10,000 for a 3 bed 1 bath with garage and nice back yard.
