Update, they called back, apologized and worked me in anyway. Great to see they made it right. Thank you Stephanie! Tried to drop off for break in service. Guy on the phone said they had an opening Wednesday but once he found out I purchased at another BMW dealership he put me on hold for 20min until I finally hung up. Called a different dealership and they happily scheduled my service. I guess they only want to service what they sell. They should state that in the beginning.
If you need work done on your car, go anywhere else they don’t know how to fix anything. They only know how to swap out parts. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. They informed me I needed a little work gonna come out $2200 for everything and then they said they look into my headlights. 3 phone calls later I am looking at a $5000 bill for headlights
