Terrible service department. Can schedule online but doesn’t matter as they will make you wait hours for service no matter scheduled appointment time.

Had my M340i serviced there for an alignment and diagnostic. I had such a pleasant experience that I felt like I had to leave a review since a good dealership experience can be hard to come by sometimes. My service advisor Travis was great at being transparent and communicating information about my vehicle with me. I also had no problem being issued a loaner while my car was in service. I would definitely come here again if I need anything else for my vehicle.
