Worst experience ever. I waited more than 45 minutes just for a Chicken Finger Dinner. The most frustrating part was that I wasn't the only one waiting—there were at least 3 other customers also waiting for their orders. The wait time was completely unreasonable, and there was very little communication from the staff about the delay. If you're hungry and expecting timely service, be prepared for a long wait. Very disappointing experience.
This is my 3rd visit and this time brought my mom for brunch. Food is always piping hot, well seasoned and the service is truly amazing. Brunch at Bobby Q’s on a Sunday is my favorite. I love the down home southern menu. I have yet to find a place like this on Long Island that is in Dine In. Also there is a full bar! The rum punch 10 out of 10!
We hosted a 5K run and brunch at Bobby Q’s. Thank you to Bobby and staff for the amazing customer service. The food was hot and delicious! We will definitely host more run clubs events.
