I am new to the area and live down the road so I stopped in to get my vehicle looked at and received absolutely terrible service. They tried to sell me stuff that I know for a fact I did not need. They clearly think that just because I am a woman I must not know anything so trying to take advantage of me. I definitely will not be back and as a nurse will let others know as well. *Please note this location is under new ownership* The new manager Veronica was very helpful and getting my car together after the previous owner, Todd Murphy and Bobby Likis destroyed my engine and wanted me to pay for a mistake they made. I will be returning customer!

Todd,Torha,& Will, took my VW Beatle when most mechanics refused and to add to that answered all my questions, and even taught me a few things,unmatched professionalism and even through in a discount! I'll forever be a loyal customer! Look NO further Pensacola,this is the place to go!!
I will start by saying that the guy at the front desk was very professional, but that is about the only positive review I have. I brought my 2012 Honda Accord here after getting a diagnosis from a Honda dealership saying that I need to replace my timing belt soon. Even with my car needing a timing belt I was still able to drive it as I drove it into the shop.
