I went and Alex was very professional and knowledgeable about an over heating issue I had with my vehicle. He fixed it the same day and was very reasonable with pricing.
Dealing with auto issues ? Local / out of town, not a mechanic ??? Call Matrix Auto because Alex listens. I got lucky enough to get ahold of Alex on a Monday in early March and got the RV Ford E350 fixed on a Tuesday. If I got there earlier on Monday I'm sure they could have gotten me in and out in 1 day. ( I assumed it was 1 thing ) a well suggested *diagnostic* rather than a "measure once cut twice attitude" discovered 3 Broken things ... this cost me $200 up front but it was well worth the cost for the saftey and security... read more
