Fast, professional, very courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable prices.
This is just Bobby Likis with a new name and the same practices. Slimy people. Charged me 150$ to open my hood and listen to the noise it made, which was apparently sufficient enough to determine that a needed a new engine to the tune of 16k. It was an AC compressor that I fixed myself. But for 16k I could have shipped the car back to my mechanic on the west coast, paid him to replace the engine, shipped the car back, and still saved money. 150$ to open the hood and lie to me is mind boggling.
I really like the professionalism of this Matrix Auto Service. The owner and his wife were both very friendly and professional. They told me when the part was going to come in and when they'd have the car done and they met that deadline. They knew that I depend on my vehicle for income and they gave it a proper priority. I will use them anytime in the future I need auto repair service. I recommend that you do the same!
I highly recommend going to them for any of your automotive repairs. I brought my vehicle in today, mind you i was told by another auto repair shop that it was a blown head gasket, this shop did not have to be honest with me and they were. it turned out to be something less costly and They finished it same day. This will be my go-to place from now on.
I had my car towed to Matrix Auto and they got right to work on figuring out what was wrong with my car. While I was waiting in the lobby, Alex and Vanessa made sure to make me feel welcome. They are both so genuine! My car was fixed quickly and I was able to drive it out in just a couple hours. I'll definitely be coming back here if my car needs any more work done!
