Fantastic service! The moment I contacted Braden GMC in Carroll, Ohio the customer service was fantastic! A special shoutout to Wes who aided in the purchase and William who showed us the computer specifications along with finance manager Tyler! This is the second purchase and we would advise anyone who is in the market for a new truck or car to go to Braden’s GMC!
Got a used truck from them, the salesman told me it had no issues whatsoever. 3 months later and here I am with an issue that started about a month ago when it started raining more. The truck shorts out in the rain and vital components stop working making the truck pretty much useless. Paying over $600 a month for a truck that doesn’t work. Even got the biggest warranty and guess what, it doesn’t cover leaks. Told me they can’t do anything about it unless I pay them to look at the truck for me.
