***UPDATE*** I still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. It's been nearly two months. The instructor for my kid has mostly been another child. The amount spent is too much for what is actually learned. I have attempted to cancel the course for over a month now without success. No one picks up the phone. No one returns my calls. No one has returned my emails. When I contacted them in the past to give them more money, I get a response within a few hours. So my perception is that I'm being actively ignored.
