Average We had a refrigerator that broke and we called Bobby Jones to come out. He came out and fixed the problem. His prices weren't that high, but it wasn't done in a timely manner. We had multiple calls before he responded. Service wasn't super, but it wasn't bad either. I would use them again if I had to, but probably wouldn't be my first choice.
