I was lied too by Rick when I first went in. I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle and I was told no. I asked for a crash/history report and Rick got quite frustrated with me for asking for one. The car literally broke down 12 hours later and when I asked for a repair quote Rick admitted he’d lied to me but still refused repair service. I recently purchased a vechile from this business a few weeks ago. I asked Rick if there were any current issues I needed to be aware of and he flat out told me no. I asked for an accident report and was told I didnt need one if the add stated there had been no reported accidents. This is my first time purchasing a car in America and I made the mistake of trusting the informtation Rick was giving me. My recent shopping experience was absolutely Excellent. First off, I thought the picture of the car was photo-shopped because it was so clean inside, outside and under the hood as well (so I was waiting to get to the car lot to see what the car actually looked like.) Only hours after car purchase, five Dash lights came on. They turned off the lights for the sale. Jerks!
Looked at a car, ready to buy with cash in pocket. Quoted a price that was acceptable. Walked up to do paperwork and he changed his price by $1,000. Said he made a mistake. $100 is a mistake, not $1,000. Kept my cash and left. No attempt to fix his mistake.
