I experienced a terrifying and unacceptable safety violation at this hotel. At 3:30 AM, while I was sleeping in my room, the front desk gave my room key to a man who was not on my reservation and had no proof of ID or authorization. He used that key to enter my room. I yelled “this is not your room” to which the man replied “ oh sorry wrong key”. I called down to the front desk. I told them a man just entered my room with a key.
