I can't say enough good things about Mr. Gates. My cat became captive between two twisted branches, about 22 feet high. I have tried desperately with a 19 feet ladder but she was so stuck I couldn't release her hours and hours ... After all night desperately i have called Mr. Gates company early morning and exactly Mr. Gates arrived.
