I recommend not going anywhere near these offices. I have a similiar review regarding the doctor I saw seemed very good, but it felt like she was on a timer and it was going to explode if she took a moment longer with me. When I look at Dr. Buka's appointment schedule, it says 45 available 10 minute increments. The AMA needs to start protecting patients even if a company is owned privately. The doctors in my experience are great, but I routinely get prescriptions messed up, and when I ask for some follow up from the front office I never get it. I did 3 calls yesterday with zero follow up. It's a shame because the office and the doctors are fantastic
Avoid!! Their billing practices are horrible (and frankly seem illegal!).
I came in for a wart on my toe. Very rude “Dr”. She cut it out and was very annoyed when I flinched. She was quick. Didn’t explain anything. No aftercare just that I should apply a cream she prescribed and keep it covered. It blew up. I can’t walk. Became red swollen and puffy. I went back today, 2 days later only to be told that I can’t be seen cuz insurance won’t cover. When I opened my mouth they allowed me to be seen.
