Bobby went above and beyond our expectations. Wow! Bobby went to my current place and mowed my lawn because I was worried about how it looked for renters coming and I was busy (just kidding) I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t find a way to make that happen for you though My experience: he negotiated down on the seller then when it didn’t seem like we had a way to go he went to the city and started pulling permits to show the lenders how the deal could work he even went to the property multiple times to make sure everything was good for the appraisal he met at the loca... read more
