Luke Spencer seems like a good man, though I have not met him in person. I explained to him that a BCM I bought from another dealer needed to be warrantied, and since the original dealer had done me so wrong on so many levels, I wanted another dealer to take care of the warranty. SCAM I had a very disappointing experience at Brandon Thomas McKinney Volkswagen. From the beginning, we discussed mileage options. Initially, they started with 10,000 miles per year, and I clearly told them I was not okay with that. We then agreed on 12,000 miles per year, and my understanding was that this was fixed going forward. Prices are high (like every dealership). But I never feel like I am getting hustled into anything. For major maintenance, i'll choose the dealer.
worse place, waste time for no show their car yet they asked me to visit. Negotiate without car? I had to repeatedly called to assure the car I want end up selling to someone else. bad business.
