worse place, waste time for no show their car yet they asked me to visit. Negotiate without car? I had to repeatedly called to assure the car I want end up selling to someone else. bad business.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Brandon Tomes Automotive for the past seven years, consistently returning for oil changes and various service work. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their AC service has left me incredibly disappointed and reconsidering my future patronage. I brought my truck in to address an AC issue, and while they "fixed" the problem at that time, less than a year later, the AC has failed again.
