I went into the store with a specific idea but NO knowledge or vocabulary for beads. Not only was the amazing beadstress who helped me able to interpret my idea into beads, but she suggested and demonstrated several helpful techniques for my project. Terrific service!
I placed my first order during a sale and chose lots of different items, and it was picked, packed and shipped lightening fast and accurately nonetheless. My 15/o Toho beads are even more pretty and delicate than I expected - thanks :D My second order was fantastic as well, there was a minor issue and the customer service response was amazing, they went above and beyond and I was very happy!

My Mother, Myself, and my Daughter were there in the afternoon of Black Friday. Upon check out, my mother did not grab the magazine that she purchased, only the beads in the small bag. We noticed this the next day. I called the store and they did note one was left behind. I asked if they could mail it to her in Wisconsin, and yes, they could. I thought that was a very nice gesture, as I am south of the cities, and it would have been a good drive for me to get it. Thank you to the team for your help!!!!!
