Had bladder stone removal in September 2024. Until February of this year, I had no sensation of needing to urinate because the sensory nerves weren't functioning when my bladder was full, so I'm sure a nerve was severed, another doctor in the office said that's impossible. I now have a sacral nerve simulator installed by a different urologist. He’s knowledgeable and professional and kind. His office staff needs a lesson on how to answer the phone and/or return calls.
One of the worst doctor experiences I ever had. Zero bedside manner, arrogant, god-complex and absolutely no patient empathy. Although technically skilled, I'd rather deal with someone who has more of a moral compass. And don't even get me started on his completely incompetent scheduling staff.
Non communicative. Doesn't return calls. Lies on recording. Absolutely horrible experience. Wouldn't take a rabid dog there.
This Doctor and staff don't even deserve a start. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!
