Very courteous, and did a thorough job
Bobbi Ray is wonderful to work with. I felt like I had a friend over when she came to do the inspection of termites on our house. She is very reasonably priced and she showed up when she said she would. She also got the job done the next day. She and her crew did a very meticulous job, and went above and beyond to get it done for us. I would recommend her to anyone who suspects termites in their home, or any other kind of pest. I am so so glad we called her.

I believe she is an Angel! I had been battling with my two kids waking up every morning saying "mom something is biting me". Finally I found out we had bedbugs, oh how horrible I felt. I tried for days to kill one at a time, but I kept finding more. I have had a contract with Terminix for about a year. I was not satisfied with the service, so once the contract ended, I called up Bobbi Ray's pest control. After only one visit, I have seen zero bugs or spiders in the house, even through the hot summer when they're trying to get inside where it's cool. I had a crisis suddenly happen and she came out that day and they took excellent care of me. Roaches had just showed up and there was a bunch of them. The lady was as nice as could ever be and she explained everything to me because I keep my house clean and I just couldn't understand what happened.
