Doctor Lutack is an above average doctor. She spent over an hour with me discussing my complex symptoms and needs. She is gifted at describing and understanding symptoms and possible treatments. It took over 2 years for me to find a doctor like her to work with in getting help for my complicated and confusing health condition. I strongly recommend her.

Dr. Lutack's staff member returned a message I'd left requesting an appointment. At the time, my pet goat was in medical crisis, and we were in the barn waiting for the vet. I thought the call was the vet. I told Dr. Lutack's scheduler that I was in the middle of having a pet put down, so I needed to call her back. She never missed a beat--"We DO require your credit card information, and you will need to call me back before 2:00 p.m. to hold an appointment..." I said to her, "Where on earth is your compassion? What a rip off! I am aware of their 48 hour cancellation policy. I fell down the stairs and hurt my back one day before the appointment. I cannot drive and have a severe throat infection where I cannot even speak. So when my husband called to reschedule the appointment they charged us $175 saying unless there is a death all cancellations and rescheduling will be charged. As a fellow medical professional, I was very impressed with Dr. Lutack's knowledge and skill set. What really sets her apart is the time she takes with you to cover each of your health care concerns. On some of the other reviews at this site, she was criticized for not being punctual, but it is because she takes whatever time you need rather than the standard five minute doctor appointment. She is incredibly compassionate but will also "tell it to you straight" about getting various therapy. She and her staff were very helpf... read more

She's a great doctor is you have all the time in the world to wait to see her. I was left waiting with my five year old for an hour and half our first visit. I've called the office and routinely been put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes - basically forgotten. If you want to communicate with the Dr. Bobby email her.

Dr. Lutak gives you the time you need to understand and thoughtfully tackle the problem that needs resolving. I admire her knowledgable and integrated approach to health car, where standard, holistic, and naturopathic approaches are all considered. Bobbi will discuss with the patient the pros and cons of, each and then a choice is decided upon to begin the process of healing, which will be modified as needed.

I was charged $275.00 for an office visit canceled w/o 24hrs. notice. Web site said canceled visits would be charged between $35-$50. Rude unhelpful front desk staff.

Dr. Bobbi is great! So knowledgable, helpful, able to deal with western medicine, homeopathy and naturopathy. She is great at discussing all the issues, listens very well, willing to see things from other perspectives.
