I ordered a 1/2 rack, Mac n cheese, and fries. Though the food was good, it was not worth the experience. We Got there at 12:30. Food was not served until 2:00. I don’t know how this place is still open. The service is horrible, no one should have to wait that long for food. I could have killed a cow and made my own ribs in the time it took them to prepare my food. My (+1) went back to work hungry😡. I took her food to go. Very Clean, Friendly, great food, excellent customer service! It definitely sufficed all my BBQ needs!
While the food was pretty good, the girl at the front certainly did not want to be there. The lack of care and not including a fork in my to-go order really tarnished my enjoyment of the food. I’ll go somewhere else before deciding if I like Carolina BBQ.

Very disappointed 😔, Small portions, all food served was cold: fries, brisket and the pull pork😔. Not good customer service experience either.... has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work!!!!!
Amazing food. Every time we visit Charlotte we eat here multiple times. Amazingly ran mom and pop joint. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. BRING ONE TO MYRTLE BEACH! 😍

The first experience was excellent .The food was delicious .My second trip not so pleasant .But the manager tried to make a right .But his attitude is stank.Third time will be my last time .Today I ordered chicken ,mac & cheese and greens .My mac & cheese tasted like greens my chicken was overcooked and very dry ,very nasty 🤢 II was very disappointed. Let’s not even talk about the time that I wasted a whole hour waiting on my food .Get it together guys.
