800+ boxes with less than 17cbm, they put it on 13 pallets. That’s less than 1.3 CBM per pallet, they made a few extra bucks by making more pallets than needed and lost our business all together, coloaders complainted and we’re switching CFS going forward.
I'm giving them full stars in comparison to any other port devanning warehouse. Ive picked up maybe 6 shipments from here. They are gruff warehouse dudes but that is the nature of the freight business. Have all your ducks in order and it will go smoothly. Do not f around, don't park in the wrong place etc. On several occassions they made concessions for me. I think this team is pretty nice actually.
