Love the place
Rude Lady owner might be. Cup was half melted and she did not want to replace it. Talked to her calmly and she yelled at us. I work in customer service myself so I get people can be difficult but she gave us a half hot cup that melted the side and then said she couldn’t remake it or give a refund. She is stingy kids never got a sip it was full is what makes it worse. I recorded the interactions because she was yelling and then she followed me, my friend and daughters to our car recording us. The asian lady is so nice she prepared my daughters heart shaped moshis in little bags and they loved it u feel very welcomed and appreciated here. Highly recommend also try the crepes!
Lady owner very rude start yelling at employees and customers with no reason I will never come back to this place
The drinks are really good but you must be willing to wait a good while for them. I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always a good 30 mins wait however I do like the drinks and the boba is fresh so with that in mind make your stops with time.
