The staff was amazing. I accidentally dropped and spilled my boba, and they quickly remade another one for me. They wouldn’t let me clean the mess of my drink up, and insisted on them doing it. They were so kind and amazing!! Boba was so good!
I have been visting this place for my mango-pineapple smoothie fix for a decade or so. When I went in today it had no customers inside - it used to be bustling with activity pre-pandemic. Service is now perfunctory. Thankfully my smoothie still tasted the same.
I always got a boba tea here and it's fine. No problem. However, the thing that I take issue with is the transparency of the info. When you purchase a drink, you are given a stamp (punch) card. After you purchase a certain amount of drinks, you can turn that stamp card into them and get a drink for "free" they say. Well, that's the issue, it's not free! You still have to pay for the milk for the boba tea. They didn't make that clear upfront (or ever) and there's nowhere on the stamp card (not even in fine print) to let the c... read more
