Thanks to Rick DeYoung for recommending this AMAZING body shop! Not only did they get me in right away, but they took the time to sit me down, let me know what the process was going to be like. From the Insurance and how to file it - to fixing the car - to the car rental. I got my car back today and can not believe how great it looks. I consider myself to be extremely meticulous about my vehicle and they have not only met my expectations but exceeded them! After calling dealerships in town as well as surrounding towns and being told they couldn’t get us in for a couple of weeks, we called Zook’s. We needed to have our car looked at due to a water issue and we were in a time crunch. Derek and the Zoom Team worked tirelessly for 3 days to find the issue with our car and have it back to us before we left on our trip.
