I have been a customer of Bob's offce and State Farm since 2001, following two generations who also have been with Bob and his team. We've had the privelege to work with Nancy, Bob, James, and Brooke and have loved them all. I entrust both my personal and business needs with them. I remember there was an error on my car insurance many moons ago and they made it right (we are all humans after all). I just referred another colleague to them because they are amazing.
