I had an excellent experience with Eric on the phone. When I had a hiccup in the move-out, he and his management sorted me within the hour. I fully expected to take the brunt of the mistake and that would normally put me off but talking to real local guy and actually being given the benefit of the doubt is what customer service is supposed to be. Thanks Eric. Glad to do business with Bob White Storage again.
I’ve been a long-term tenant sand my stay has been nothing short of perfect. Kevin has always gone out of his way to provide top-notch customer service. Bob White is the best storage option in Perry by far! Thank you Kevin for all you do for your customers!
