Cancel an appointment to await a shipment and you just as well have wasted your time. They sent my delivery 100 miles the wrong direction. When I called Eric, I had to spell out the street and city and that took two or three times. This was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and I’m still waiting on my package and have not heard a thing! Worst delivery service there can be.

Is this company still in business? I have called numerous times to try to get my freight shipment delivered but nobody answers their telephone. I would like to have my shipment delivered. This is not very good customer service.

The guys delivered a very heavy marble piece of furniture today to the far north side of SA. Driver was right on time (even with all the 1604 traffic) and knew exactly what he was doing. Nice guy too..Excellent work..!

One of your drivers just ran me off the road at the intersection of I 45 and parmer in austin tx 12/29/30, you should probably get a better driver before they cause an accident and kill someone in their animal.

Driver wont let me look at my shipment before signing a manifest. I cant refuse as i need the product... just needed the vetification before signing for the importeded shipment for refund purposes from the seller. Now we wait for the police as your driver is trying to steal my shipment. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Wish i could give no stars and a warning to potential customer.
