I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this negative experience warranted one. I contacted Brandon Belli, an employee of this company, regarding a concern I had with the construction at Woodland Preserve. Rather than respond professionally, Brandon became dismissive, disrespectful, and made insulting personal remarks about me during our conversation. I was stunned by how I was treated. I built with Bob Webb in 2019 and have been very happy with my home. The reason for this late review is that I still ask for guidance from my construction managers, Scott Tulodzieski and Kirk Denyes on all kinds of home topics. They are experts and extremely helpful. They are always available even seven years after I built my house in Evans Farm.
We built a new home with Bob Webb 5 years ago, which we love. I had a critical question I didn't think would ever get answered, but I'm happy to say I was wrong. We are very impressed with their service, before, during & even 5 years after the sale. We definitely recommend Bob Webb for their quality and customer service.
