The door of our $1700 freezer (used less than 5 months) that was purchased from Bob Wallace in Florence AL and installed by Jeremy Harris with H&H Construction, completely FELL OFF and wedged our 11 year old against our island and dented our new floor in April 2020. The Bob Wallace technician took off the trim kit and hammered our brand new freezer door back on with a piece of wood found outside. RecommendedI went to Best Buy close to my work. I said I'm ready buy. They said you need an appointment. email. phone. we have an opening in an hour. So i left . Ordered one online thru Lowes. 4 days later they said it would be at my house in Sept. 2020. So Icancelled that went to Bob Wallace Appliance. Thank you Bill Steed. he personally went to get me one in Florence and had it delivered and installed today. 5 tars thank you so much. #bobwallaceappliance

So Bob Wallace appliance just aired a commercial tonight admitting that they sell low quality products.....Childs voice "Dad said they dont make things like they used too" Yes they do come see Bob Wallace's "commercial grade appliances"! oops yes we sell crap unless you pay double for "commercial grade"! just sad that companys are greedy sell what was the normal quality product in the 60's 70's and maybe 80's today as commercial grade and most people are to dumb and lazy to demand they stop ripping people off.
