Recently I had some upgrades done to my kitchen by Bob Wagner’s in West Chester. I do not like to make a lot of decisions and sort of knew what I wanted. I worked with Emma and she helped me through the whole process. She brought over samples for me to look at and they were exactly what I wanted. Emma made it so easy. Once all the products I ordered were in, Emma set up a date to start work. All of the work was done on time and Emma kept me informed if there were any changes. I selected Bob Wagner's Flooring after getting four quotes to install hardwood floors in my primary bedroom - BWF was the most competitive. The correspondence was prompt and seamless. The installation went great with minimal oversight needed; the team worked quickly and methodically, completing everything within a single day. Ask for Dave, he's great!
Excellent work today by the installers. The new kitchen floor is beautiful. Installers were cordial, personable and professional . Thanks. Dan DiMucci
Our experience this go-around with new carpet in our family room was again top-notch. We've used Bob Wagner's Flooring for all our flooring needs over the past 20 years, and never have considered going anywhere else. From selection to install, all parties were great to work with. Tony was very patient with us throughout the process and very easy/available to answer all our questions. We would highly recommend Bob Wagner's to anyone needing flooring services. Thanks to all!
We worked with Barbara Pongia to replace carpets with laminate floors in our new home. She went above and beyond to help us choose a color that complemented our furniture, meet our budget, and get the installation scheduled as quickly as possible. She was available whenever we needed her to help guide the process. She also connected us with a reliable contractor to plane our master bedroom floor so that everything was even. Highly recommend them!
