Barbara was extremely helpful, worked within our budget, timeline and needs and made our carpet decision easy. We are very happy with our choice.
Overall great service, from our initial meeting Tony Pasche was very knowledgeable and personable, gave us his complete attention, talked through our options, even let us take a floor sample home. Tony's communication and follow through were excellent. When the team came to do the install and found our subfloor in much better condition than anticipated, Tony helped get us a credit for the new underlayment and leveling they had originally included in the price. Tony P. went above and beyond in selecting my office carpet. Went in with a type/pattern of carpet and after sharing photos with Tony, he gave me sample boards to compare in the office area. He was on point and I ended up selecting his choice- Yep, I may have spent a little more than my budget but at the end of the day it looks great. Also, their install team member was excellent, Ed! we are very happy with the flooring we purchased from Bob Wagners. Barbra Pongia assisted us and did a great job.
Great selection of carpets that really matched our needs. The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. I never felt rushed or like anything was being pushed on me. The installation was amazing. It looked like a brand new home when they were done. I highly recommend.
