We purchased several items for our new home from Bob Wagner's in Middletown Delaware 10 years ago from Pat Batog (Design Consultant Window Treatment Specialist). She was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Fast forward, one of our window treatments (we purchased several) had torn the material and separated resulting in it becoming unusable. We reached out to Pat. She was in touch with the manufacturer and they agreed to replace the shade. Pat said she will receive the new shade in 3 weeks. Thank you Pat. You're GREAT.... read more
While in Philly for a short trip, I had some time while waiting for friends. I’m doing a home renovation, and walked in — just looking. Tony gave me some great ideas for my primary bathroom, taking time with me even though I lived in another state. Who does that anymore? I wish the store was closer!
We re-carpeted our Sanctuary recently and from start to finish (which was very fast) the entire team was very professional and worked clean! They also installed a new faux wood floor in our Narthex. We couldn't be more pleased with the new carpet and flooring! We highly recommend Bob Wagner's Flooring America!
