We were looking for carpet for our foyer steps, second floor hallway, and master bedroom. Our search started with us feeling overwhelmed with choices, until we stopped in Bob Wagner's. Kathleen was great to work with, listened to what we wanted, and simplified our selection process for the padding and carpet. She also arranged to send the "A" team for the removal of the old carpet and installation of the new carpet. Everything went very well! Next up will be basement flooring!
Bob Wagner is always my choice! They did carpet and a natural stone foyer for me many years ago, which i still love. My recent project was carpeting my stairs and upstairs hallway. Our master bath renovation has been an incredible experience from meeting with Pat and Emma on design ideas and implementation, to Bob and Jerry overseeing the work, to Eric with his cheerful smile and politeness. The crew worked diligently with very little interruption, and at the end of every day the project was cleaned as to avoid tracking dust and debris throughout our home. Thank you all for your hard work! We are thrilled with our new bathroom!
Pat is an excellent sales person with good ideas and guidance. She worked with me to get a good set of Hunter Douglas blinds that I was pleased with and went the extra mile when we had a miscommunication. I will use them again!
Back in 2022 we worked with Barbara from Bob Wagner's Flooring America to replace all the carpet on the second floor of our home. It was an enjoyable stress free experience from start to finish. The carpet installation team handled our furniture with care and without damage. Fast forward to 2026 the carpet has held up amazingly well and people still ask is the carpet new because to this day it feels and looks like it was installed yesterday.
