We encontered some separation of floor tiles about 5 years after purchase and instalation of our kitchen floor. Bob Wagner's respose response was timely, reasonably priced, and the technician's fixes renewed the value of the floor.
Just had our 2nd floor recarpeted. Very happy with our experience from start to finish. Our sales rep, Dan, was very patient and helpful bringing numerous samples to our house. The instal crew did a fabulous job even taking extra time to help get some squeaks out of the floor boards. Highly recommend.
