Well, I am a very easy customer. My family and I have been supporting Bob Wagner for years. I knew what I wanted so the process was easy however Barbara Pontiac helped me immediately with the best choice and then helped with a carpet runner selection I was not sure about. She helped me choose the perfect pattern and “ piling “ choice for my dogs’ safety going up and down the stairs. So that made me so relieved to have not only a beautiful choice but a safe one. Love it! Updated our upstairs and downstairs which had carpet from 1994. The hardwood floors look great. The team was so prompt, and communication was great. It was completed so quickly! Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend. Thank you John and Matt!
We had a wonderful experience at Wagner’s!! Mario was extremely patient and helpful as we navigated all the flooring options. Michaela was very flexible with scheduling and the communication was crisp. TJ was great installer and floor looks fantastic. Lastly, the designer helped guide us as well.
