My wife and I went to Bob Wagner’s to look for kitchen flooring. We found several styles we liked and the day to set measurements was set promptly and the tech took the measurements. We took three samples home and were told we could tell the tech our final choice. My wife picked the exact flooring she wanted and told the tech. She has the talent of how to listen to what your needs are and will get you started with the process. Truly the customer service that is lost in the big box world. I used Bob Wagners when we built our home 20 years ago. When it was time to start our recent Kitchen renovation and needed a new floor, I was excited to find Bob Wagner's was still going strong. We visited their showroom and, worked with Barb Pongia. Barb was terrific and very patient as we worked thru the many options. The floor purchase and installation when off flawlessly. The right decisions and right people - thank you Barb..will see you again!
