If I could give Bob Utter Ford zero or negative stars I would. This dealership doesn’t honor its own word. They make promises they have no intention of keeping and try to gaslight you. The service advisor Damon (more like Demon) is rude and condescending. He has no honor and doesn’t like to be called out on his lies. He couldn’t lay straight in bed!!
