I went in to get a battery. Took 1 hr 40 minates. The service person told me I needed to wait so she could call other customers before she finished with me . That shouldn’t have happened. She should have finish with me first. She started and left me to wait . The other customer weren’t even there. She had to call serveral people . Megan white is very unprofessional. I just wanted to share my appreciation for Victor and his team for going above and beyond to resolve my issue. They made sure everything was set right in the end, and I really appreciate the effort they put in to ensure I left as a happy customer. Thank you, Victor, Megan and the entire team!
They brought me in for a free oil change. Then they tried to charge me $75 for a $10 cabin air filter that's just a quick change in my glove compartment. While I was there, I overheard them trying to scam an old woman that they brought in for a free oil change out of $200 for two air filters that are just as easy and cheap to change as mine. Never trust a dealership.
I waited 25 minutes for my "service" provider to show up and, wondering how long it would take to do the oil change if it takes at least 25 minutes to see my "service " provider, I took off. Lots of people were running around but no one to take care of their 8 am appointment.
