I experienced a new low in my Bob Tyler service experience this morning. I have never been disregarded so utterly. I was told the service writers were "too busy" to speak to me, and that without an appointment, I would not be able to receive any service. The valet said he was told not to allow any walk-ins. I have never had an issue walking in, and in the recent past my father called to make an appointment and was told to come in at his convenience. The waiting room is nice and comfortable, which is a great thing because the wait can be extremely long. My appointment for a tire rotation and oil change was for 8:15am. It took 16 minutes for the advisor to come to my car to help me. He was called or radioed numerous times. Once he did show up he was very nice, but made no effort to apologize for taking so long. That would not have been a big deal, but at least six cars who came after me were taken care of before me because they were assigned a different advisor. They coul... read more
