I get why you guys would switch to an AI chat bot to help make your lives easier but if you’ve ever called somewhere I think we all just would like to speak to an actual human. Call to schedule maintenance took way longer than usual. Just an annoying hassle for you the customer while it makes the business’ life marginally easier. What a joke the 21st century has become.
Took my Toyota Rav in for a factory recall. Waited 3 hours, but repair was made. They also discovered a leaking CV axle seal and gave me a repair estimate of $416. I called a local mechanic who quoted $250 for the repair so I told Toyota I would deal with it. Dropped the car off to the local guy...and HE told me it should be covered by the Toyota power train warranty. I call back to the dealership confirmed that the service advisor "missed" this. Good work done here
Needed an extra duplicate key. The parts guy gave me the SOP to change a rotator blade on an S-61 & a $200 price tag each. I went to Pensacola Lock & safe & had 2 made for $164 programed. I gave Toyota the bird of dissatisfaction. Buyers beware, Toyota is trying to robb & confuse you. Go somewhere else.
I went in to get a battery. Took 1 hr 40 minates. The service person told me I needed to wait so she could call other customers before she finished with me . That shouldn’t have happened. She should have finish with me first. She started and left me to wait . The other customer weren’t even there. She had to call serveral people . Megan white is very unprofessional.
