The waiting room is nice and comfortable, which is a great thing because the wait can be extremely long. My appointment for a tire rotation and oil change was for 8:15am. It took 16 minutes for the advisor to come to my car to help me. He was called or radioed numerous times. Once he did show up he was very nice, but made no effort to apologize for taking so long. Needed an extra duplicate key. The parts guy gave me the SOP to change a rotator blade on an S-61 & a $200 price tag each. I went to Walmart to Smart Key kiosk & had 2 made for $164 programed. I gave Toyota the bird of dissatisfaction. Buyers beware, Toyota is trying to robb & confuse you. Go somewhere else.
Highway Robbery.
This past Saturday my better half and I purchased a beautiful 2022 Toyota Camry from Bob Tyler Toyota here in Pensacola. We had the pleasure of being assisted by JB Peterson, who answered every question we had and allowed us to test drive a couple of vehicles before deciding on our beauty!
