Ellen was amazing I came in for a coolant bypass valve and she immediately put me in a rental for 24 hours and got it fixed and it was done within 24 hours such an easy stress free process.

I bought my Tacoma iForce Max at another dealership (2 yrs ago) which look had the model I wanted and I needed it quickly. When it came time for first service I was reluctant to use Bob Tyler, but didn’t want to drive another 45 min for oil change & multi point checkup. Service staff in the front of the house are great, I always appreciate their communication. However, the technicians doing the actual repairs are a different and worse story. Twice now I've come here for service for one issue and left with an entirely new issue. I have a 2021 Rav4 that's had 2 open recalls.
