I would avoid working with Service Representative Chris based on my experience(bashing old sales representative Willie). I spent over $8,000 at this dealership over the past year, and one of the main reasons I kept coming back was because of Willie. Willie was one of the best sales representatives I’ve ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and always made sure customers were taken care of. The car detail service here is remarkable.
The last time my experience was terrible. JB who is a salesman there came through my line at Publix in Beuluh and said I heard you had a bad experience at my store. I asked what store, he said I am salesman at Bob Tyler. He convinced me to give them another try. I received an offer for a free oil change months later and had a recall so I decided to try again.
