I was rear ended in my Mercedes last October. I didn’t realize my neighbor no longer worked at Toyota so I went to their body shop. The top when you put it down and up was catching lightly on the left side. They sent it to Mercedes to adjust they said. Picked up car, worked fine one time in their lot. While traveling to Pensacola from Tennessee we were involved in a collision with a deer. The passenger side mirror was destroyed along with body damage on that side of the vehicle. We wanted to get the mirror replaced before returning home and the staff at Bob Tyler Toyota Collision were extremely accommodating. They ordered the new mirror before we even arrived in town and the installation appointment was made for 24 hours later. We highly recommend this business!
