Horrible experience with service dept. My car was there for one MONTH. Ford dealer unable to fix a Ford transmission! Had to get a new tranny, unable to diagnose and fix the problem. LOVED getting strung along with pathetic excuses as to when my vehicle would be done. (Insert sarcasm here.) Never going back there!
I've been wishing to file sexual harrassment charges against Bob Turner. He approached me for sex, while I was waitng for my car to get fixed. Then his associate, paid me off to keep quiet about the advance. I've heard that other women have been put through this but, are either paid off or somehing or other. I've tried getting help on this but, for the last few years, doors have just been shut in my face.
Great deal on a great used car – We really enjoyed our experience with Bob Turner's when we bought our new car, they were easy to work with, negotiated with us to give us a great deal on the vehicle, and were pleasant throughout the whole process. Great company!
