I called them out on the weekend to look at a leak in my kitchen. They cut holes in the drywall of my kitchen and guest room but did not go into the attic (!!!). They told me it was a problem with the roof. But when the roofing company came out, they found the leak in the attic. I called at 3:15 to have service done on my kitchen sink, and by 4:15 they had it fixed, thank you for the fast and professional service. We will definitely use Bob Turner plumbing in the future.
A+ Called at 8:00AM and Devan came to service the kitchen sink blockage by 10:30AM. Extremely fast service, professional, great communication, friendly, and competitive pricing. Additionally work is needed for the pipes and I will absolutely request to the landlord to have Devan come back for the service. Would highly recommend!
Had a problem with my bathtub faucets. Was referred to bob turner plumbing. Very easy to schedule calling the office. Bob came out the next day. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Bob was cool very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Would recommend this business to everyone
We had Bob Turner Plumbing out to give us a quote on a few projects — rerouting our washer pump drain from the sink to a dedicated plumbing line, fixing a leak, and addressing our waterline running out to the house. They came out promptly to take a look, which we appreciated. However, it has now been over four weeks and we have still never received a quote for the plumbing reroute work.
