I was satisfied with the plumbing work, but did not appreciate the stickes they put on things. These stickers are not easy to get off. They did not even touch my well tank, why is there a sticker on it? My house is not advertising space for your company. If you have them come to your house, tell them not to put stickers on all you stuff.

Bob replaced 30 feet of sump pump discharge line for me. He showed up when he told me he would be there and did a great job. The job was challenging due to the amount of utilities to work around and the sidewalk square that had to be removed. He worked carefully to avoid any issues with the electrical, gas and fiber optics all so near. In the end he got it all put back together nicely and my sump is draining again. 5-weeks later you barely can tell work was done.
Had their company out for a clogged toilet drain and toilet replacement. When Nathan the technician tried to auger out the clog, he was unsuccessful. The auger only went about 20 ft and stopped. Nathan said my pipe may have been broken. Nathan didn't have a camera to see why the auger stopped. The drain was still completely clogged. He charged $803 for 3 hours and 30 minutes of work, all labor, I supplied the toilet. That's $229.43 @ hour for incomplete work. Bob was an enjoy to be with he helped me tremendously. My sink is unplugged. This is a great company to deal with and very thankful!!! I will be doing business with them again.
