I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. My husband is currently deployed, so I was handling everything on my own, and they made the entire process so much easier. They were able to get someone out to my home quickly, their pricing was very fair, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. A huge thank you to Devon! I called them out on the weekend to look at a leak in my kitchen. They cut holes in the drywall of my kitchen and guest room but did not go into the attic (!!!). They told me it was a problem with the roof. But when the roofing company came out, they found the leak in the attic. I called Bob to see what he would do - and, instead of apologizing, he tried to say that I didn’t pay for any work (I’m not sure how he could call the $300 check I gave him not paying for something….) and said that he could not offer any discount on ... read more
I called at 3:15 to have service done on my kitchen sink, and by 4:15 they had it fixed, thank you for the fast and professional service. We will definitely use Bob Turner plumbing in the future.
A+ Called at 8:00AM and Devan came to service the kitchen sink blockage by 10:30AM. Extremely fast service, professional, great communication, friendly, and competitive pricing. Additionally work is needed for the pipes and I will absolutely request to the landlord to have Devan come back for the service. Would highly recommend!
Had a problem with my bathtub faucets. Was referred to bob turner plumbing. Very easy to schedule calling the office. Bob came out the next day. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Bob was cool very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Would recommend this business to everyone
