We signed a deal to buy my husband a work truck on 9/4/2026. We were financing. Credit check complete, papers signed. At the time of the deal they said they didn't have the truck on the lot, but they can get it by Monday. We agreed, signed the papers. Everything was good. Come Monday (labor day) they said they didn't have it. We have not been able to get in contact with anyone. They have been very fishy and short with us. We escalated to the mangememt. Our boy Ron came through again, taking great care of us with our oil change and service. We keep coming back faithfully because the service is always top-notch. They have an amazing water and coffee bar while you wait, and everyone is always so friendly when we wander around checking out the new cars while we wait. This place genuinely is the best, and Ron always makes sure we’re well taken care of!
Went to bob tomes ford to buy a new truck ,ended up buying 2 trucks . We used Christopher. Service was excellent. Christopher listened to our thoughts and needs and he came up with what we were looking for .I have never really been a dodge fan , always a die hard ford fan . But i got this ram and the more i drive it the more i like it . I finally let the wife drive and she calls it the beast . Everyone has came over to see the new f150 and they all were amazed at all the things it has . We get ready to trade these trucks in ... read more
I went in k owing exactly what I was looking for and Jesus Rojas found me the exact model that I dreamed of! He was professional, kind and patient with me and my questions. When we got to finance Tommy Reed was there for me. Got me a deal I could handle. Very personable and knowledgeable. Overall another great experience with Bob Times Ford!
Great dealership. Better then anyone of been to and purchased a vehicle from. The bronco is my second vehicle with this dealership and can’t help but say they’ve been helpful in every way. Thank you Cassandra! Now I get to add Colton to the review! Colton got me into another truck and it was a newer version of my old one and love it! Colton made everything happen within 2 hours! 3 vehicles from the same dealer
