Bob Thomas Body Shop should train every Body Shop on what Customer Service is all about! Their Mgr. Tim Kiefer, went beyond what I was expecting. He gave me advice on getting my vehicle to his shop and assisted me on getting through all the hassles and my concerns with having our vehicle for the first time in an out of town accident. His advise got the vehicle to his shop knowing very well it may be totaled and his shop may not get any work out of the accident. Bob Thomas Ford Body Shop has fixed many of our vehicles over the years. The employees are wonderful and the workmanship is great! Doesn't matter if it is a simple paint chip or a more serious repair they have made the process pretty simple for us. Tim in the office is very kind, helpful and explained everything so I could understand it! They definitely go the extra mile for their customers and it is greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!
