I would give this place a 5 for flexibility of schedule they are very kind to accommodate but To diagnose a specific Cylinder 1 Misfire which did not include any PCM or wiring related ghost or intermittent misfire they billed 500$ almost considering they waved off 200$ which puts it at 700$ as on Oct 2025. Which I believe gives approx labour time of 4.5 hours. Service department is a joke. Called and set an appointment for an oil change and when I show up, no knowledge of my appointment. Told I have a software update needed and I agreed to have it done. After 2 hours, I’m told it’s not done and can take up to 4 hours to complete. Would have been nice to know that before I agreed to have it done. The kicker is they charge an extra 3% when using a credit card. Very petty move. Done with Bob Thomas…

DO NOT take your vehicle to Bob thomas ford. I went in for a diagnostic and they broke a bolt to my transmission on May 23rd (making it make a funny noise right after i left and i called them IMMEDIATELY when i heard it). I was told that the tech noticed the bolt to my transmission was loose and he tried to tighten it and it sheard into my transition pan and they are refusing to fix the broken bolt saying that it was broken before I took it in, when i was told that they broke it but they never made a note on my paper work ab... read more
