DO NOT take your vehicle to Bob thomas ford. I went in for a diagnostic and they broke a bolt to my transmission on May 23rd (making it make a funny noise right after i left and i called them IMMEDIATELY when i heard it). I was told that the tech noticed the bolt to my transmission was loose and he tried to tighten it and it sheard into my transition pan and they are refusing to fix the broken bolt saying that it was broken before I took it in, when i was told that they broke it but they never made a note on my paper work ab... read more
Service was fine, but horrible communication. They charged me nearly $150 labor to effectively unplug and plug back in my system to reset my computer and attempt an upgrade, as that was what the tech support guy at Ford wrongly told me on the phone was the only fix. Then, after "running a diagnostic," they told me I needed a $1000 part and never implied that this upgrade wouldn't be necessary to fix the problem I was having.
