Shout out to Ms Nikki (sorry for spelling). I arrived last night to pick up my truck and could not find it anywhere. She was off the clock ready to go home and she drove around with us to find it! Customer service SUPREME! Thank you soooo much.
I would rate the service dept -100 if I could! Run from these people. Totally incompetent on Lincoln repairs-consider yourself forewarned.

Got the worst Experience at the Bob Thomas Ford Body Shop on Coliseum Boulevard in Fort Wayne Indiana. Last Year May I took my car for a front bumper replacement, I had a custom bumper. Two weeks after my bumper was installed is when the problem started. The paint on my bumper started pilling off by itself, even with the car being parked. I took it back where after some arguments they agreed to paint it again.
