can you say TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!!! OMG THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! Wes is just beyond great!!!!! he explained everything and walked me through the whole insurance process!!!! If you don't hire this company, you just cheated yourself!!!!!! VERY FAST!!!!! BEYOND EXECELENT WORK!!!!! I cant begin to thank you so much we now have the most beautiful house in the neighborhood!!!!!!! They did my roof on the house and garage and the siding on the house and garage and I'm just beyond happy!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!
My experience with the company started off well. I submitted a request for a estimate for a remodeling project on March 27, 2023. I received a phone call the next day (3/28) and they said someone could come out potentially later that day, but definitely on March 29. They asked for me to text them some pictures of the project. I texted them pictures, but I never heard back from them.
Work was completed very quickly. Tom and Wes are professional with no nonsense attached to the work. Chimney rebuild, tuckpoint and water proof and some small trim work. Pricing as quoted. Highly recommend for any project.
I had a water disaster at my home in August this year. I needed new ceilings and flooring. A friend highly recommended Bob the Builder to help me with reconstruction. I worked with Tom B through the whole process. Tom took very good care of me, answered all my questions and assisted me with figuring out how to fix my home. Bob the Builder did a complete remodel of our basement. This is definitely a five-star company!! They had previously done two other projects for us - they turned our 3-season porch into a beautiful 4-season porch and did a complete remodel of one of our bathrooms. My husband and I hired Bob the Builder in March of 2021 to remodel our kitchen and main floor bathroom. What we came to learn is the horrible communication skills and time management they have and the fact that they do not know how to manage a project.
