Customer service over the phone was absolutely spectacular. The lady was super sweet and answered all of my questions I had!
Decent job but poor customer service. I suffer from CFS and I’m sometimes the only person home. My family members have gotten very angry and nasty calls from workers because I was home but not answering, because I was asleep. I understand their frustration but 1. I have a chronic condition and 2. There is no need to get nasty with my family when they aren’t even there and can’t do anything about it. I will never use this business again. I asked them to carefully spray the foundation of our home and the basement. I was not given a time for the appointment. I arrived at my home five minutes after a neighbor called to find a tech spraying the side of my house with a contraption that looked like a fire hose of poison, including all of my Halloween decorations and up over the roof! I watched the guy only spray 3 sides of our house. I called to complain, and they had him call me back. When he called, he was a jerk and said, next time, he would knock on the door and have me follow him around to make sure it was done right. If he thinks I will call Bob The Bug Man again, he is stupider than I thought.
